GOAL:

All families are financially stable in Cowlitz & Wahkiakum Counties.

Strategies:

1. Connect Individuals and families to coordinated support services that reduce barriers to achieving financial stability.

2. Increase individuals returning to the work force and/or school.

3. Support financial literacy.

4. Decrease barriers to legal services.
